InterOffice was responsible for the furnitures of the entrance hall, cafeteria, shared areas on each floor, and the visitor’s area in Toyochem’s new office building project in Kawagoe. Given the company’s specialization in paints and coatings, we carefully curated a thematic color scheme for the shared areas on each floor, incorporating the essence of Toyochem to instill a sense of belonging among the employees.
Furthermore, we designed the layout with a diverse range of activities to foster a vibrant atmosphere, creating spaces that serve as catalysts for interdepartmental communication, transcending the barriers between teams. Our aim is to establish these areas as hubs for fostering interactions, which will ripple throughout the company, infusing it with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
