This office relocation project was carried out for Prored Partners, a management consulting firm. Interoffice was in charge of the entire process, including project management, interior design, construction, and furniture coordination.
Rather than providing only surface-level design or partial services, we worked with the client to consider the fundamental role of their office. Our work included detailed cost management, reviewing construction costs and cost-effectiveness, planning for the reuse of existing furniture, and coordinating the overall relocation schedule.
The new office occupies a single floor of approximately 1834.49㎡. Making use of its simple rectangular layout, the plan draws in the open views that spread to the northeast.
At the center of the floor, directly accessible from the elevators, we created a spacious welcome area. It presents a clear view of the cityscape and forms an inviting zone for visitors. Meeting rooms arranged symmetrically on both sides bring a sense of balance and trust, while warm materials, selected furniture, and carefully considered details add a welcoming atmosphere.
By setting the glass partitions back from the windows, we preserved the views from the visitor area and created a visual connection with the workspaces on both sides. This soft visual link establishes a sense of activity and presence between the guest area and the work area.
The work area is planned with simple and easy to navigate zoning. Private rooms and back-of-house functions are kept compact, allowing for a generous open workspace. Long-span workstations are placed along the building core to offer enough seating capacity. Along the windows, we arranged areas for focused work, open meetings, and lounge activities to support a variety of work styles. Booth furniture and curtains help provide privacy while maintaining an open atmosphere.
For a consulting firm that deals in intangible services, expressing identity through space can be challenging. Through continuous dialogue with the client, we came to understand that the essence of the company lies in its people. With this in mind, we aimed to create an environment that is comfortable, encourages connection, and supports the daily activities of the staff. It is an office designed to come to life as people move through it, grow within it, and bring out their best performance.
