This office renewal project was carried out for a major company, with Interoffice responsible for the interior design and the supply of ready-made furniture.

For this large-scale renovation of a company specializing in staffing and recruitment services, we designed the internal meeting room area and the focus area located adjacent to the main work area.

The meeting room area, positioned at the center of the floor, was designed to ensure visibility from the corridor while creating a bright and open space where people can naturally gather. A gently curved bench is placed in the middle of the passageway, forming an “open place” that softly guides the flow of people. It has become a spot where employees naturally pause, fostering casual interaction and the exchange of ideas.

By contrast, the high-focus area offers an environment where employees can immerse themselves deeply in their work, standing apart from the brighter surroundings. Suspended linear lighting is installed above the desktops, and the use of a large table wrapping around a column as well as reflective materials on the ceiling creates soft reflections of natural light and greenery, forming a calm and focused atmosphere.

The contrast of light and shadow, openness, and immersion across the floor brings rhythm and a variety of experiences to employees’ daily activities.
