Office Renovation Project for M-Stage Tokyo Headquarters, which operates in the healthcare industry with services such as medical staffing, management support for medical facilities, and marketing/media services in the healthcare market.
The office renovation project at M-Stage Tokyo Headquarters transformed the previously sophisticated office space. The renewed design features a central café counter where the aroma of hand-drip coffee fills the air, creating an atmosphere that promotes various styles of work with sofa lounges, standing desks, and long communal tables.
To foster open communication, the workspace was reconfigured into a free-address layout, eliminating manager seats and implementing a uniform desk size. By gently dividing the boundaries between work and relaxation areas, the design created a space that facilitates cross-functional communication.
