L’Oréal Japan Office – Beauty Valley – is a hub for creating beauty, with a focus on the sustainable development of the environment and employees through a hybrid working model. Designed around the four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter), it embodies a space that combines Japanese aesthetics, sustainable practices utilizing upcycling, and digital elements such as Activity-Based Working (ABW) and phone booths.
Interoffice was responsible for coordinating the arrangement of loose furniture, phone booths, custom-made furniture, and accessories on the 16th and 15th floors. We showcased the distinctive flowers and plants used as ingredients in cosmetics through numerous furniture pieces and accessories, creating an atmosphere that beautifully portrays the essence of the seasons and beauty. Additionally, we took on the challenge of creating a small accessory shelf using leftover materials from furniture production, contributing to the project’s focus on upcycling
