The vegan café “8ablish,” located in the popular new spot of Azabudai Hills in Tokyo, recently opened with furniture provided by Interoffice. 8ablish offers a selection of dishes made with organic ingredients and gluten-free sweets, focusing on vegetables and foods grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. It utilizes its network of producers to ensure traceability, adopting a wide variety of carefully selected ingredients. The café is committed not only to the deliciousness of its food but also to beautiful presentation, thoughtful packaging design, and creating a comfortable atmosphere.
Azabudai Hills is a new city project by Mori Building, with architecture designed by Heatherwick Studio. It features various facilities, including residences, offices, and restaurants, all set within a vast, lush 2.4 km² public space. Azabudai Hills is also set to obtain WELL and LEED certifications, making it one of Tokyo’s most anticipated locations.
For the interior of 8ablish, furniture from Muuto, a brand leading the New Nordic style, and the Belgian outdoor brand Extremis have been adopted, creating a simple yet sophisticated space.
